Sanlam Namibia has given internship possibilities to 8 young Namibians from numerous establishments of better learning as part of the corporation’s formalized placement program. The internship program was created to domesticate and nurture abilties development to help college students accumulate the necessary work and complement their theoretical knowledge.
Sanlam Group CEO Tertius Stears stated the company deemed it fit to formalize its internship program to create employment for younger people. “This is permitting them an opportunity to use the ideas they have obtained at institutions of better learning to realistic painting situations,” he explained.

Craig and Knowle also told the media that they had received about seven hundred applicants, but only eight have been vetted and accepted.
Sanlam Namibia said the internship would run for three months, commencing on August 1, 2019. The scholars will be located within unique departments, such as advertising and marketing, finance, regulation, human assets, patron service, and investments, and will be exposed to the bits and bobs of those respective departments.
One of the program recipients and the best male, Joel Kagola, a third-year Bachelor of Economics pupil at the Namibia University of Science and Technology (Must), stated he is delighted with the possibility given to him via Sanlam. “The internship reassures me that my dreams are feasible. I wish this opportunity exposes my weaknesses and makes me grow,” he excitedly said.
Nikita Shilongo, a Bachelor of Human Resource Development and Management scholar from the International University of Management (IUM) turned over the moon and was excited using the gesture with the aid of Sanlam. She implored her friends to stay grounded and work hard. “Never surrender; usually believe in yourself. Dibasen Goagoses, a fourth 12 months University of Namibia (Unam) pupil, stated she hopes and flourishes to be a human rights lawyer. “I am grateful to Sanlam Namibia for this possibility.
