As many as one hundred fifty female students of a gurukul school in Telangana’s Medak have been allegedly forced to get a haircut using the principal to save water within the hostel.
The incident, which reportedly took place days ago at Medak’s Tribal Girls Gurukul School, became mild on Tuesday after the female college students visited the hostel on Sunday best to find their daughters with short hair.

School principal K Aruna had allegedly known as a barber at the hostel. Then, she forced the female college students to pay Rs 25 every month, The New Indian Express stated in a document.
The dad and mom then protested against the authorities-run group and college principal K Aruna for forcing their children to get a haircut, mentioning the water scarcity required for hair wash.
However, the most important faculty member said the selection was made after the college discovered that many women were affected by lice infestation and other dermatological diseases. She added that haircuts were given to improve the hygiene of the lady students.
The major additionally claimed that students’ consent was taken into consideration before making a choice, and it included that water scarcity changed into another reason.
Meanwhile, the district management and welfare department has initiated an inquiry into the principal of Tribal Girls Gurukul School.
C) Risk Taker
Another quality of a college leader is being a danger taker now, not for themself, but for their ingredients. The first-class chief is the only one who tries to go the unchartered seas and see what lies beyond himself. This is another extraordinary talent of being a pacesetter. Most instructional leaders are obedient and agree with the department’s norms. But amongst many, a person must be brave enough to wave he would possibly change his activity to improve their school and those. This is a superb example of how the school principal is risking his career by selecting to divert finances from any other tasks. This is a violation of the branch’s coverage. But now and again, a pacesetter ought to make the diversion for faculty development and college students’ academic development. The School Principal’s position isn’t always easy because if their choice doesn’t give the right consequences, they might discover themselves in prison. However, the various school leaders have become successful because they have the nice of being hazard takers. They are taking risks with their abrupt selection of subjects for an immediate solution to a problem.
An example is sending an unwell pupil or a scholar who has an accident inside the college premises without discerning to a sanatorium. Another is recording to the Department of Social Worker and Development (DSWD) personnel a student’s case of parental abuse and uniformed men with a drug addiction problem. These are the most effective few times of the school principal’s risk-taking decisions in their adventure of leadership.
D) An Eye and Heart for Their People
The School Principal has to capitalize their personnel. They must realize who their potential personnel is. They have to leave the non-acting ones now but try to think of remedies/ answers to make these people in their vineyard as great as possible. While giving better possibilities to the ones appearing, satisfactory challenges or opportunities may also be given to them later. Aside from that, the School chief needs to consider what joy, consolation, reward, incentives, and awards they ought to exhaust from their leadership to better their human capital. The feeling of self-consciousness regarding human emotions ought to be profoundly considered by Schby, the Principal, to create a harmonious relationship in the organization. School principals ought to accept their weaknesses and listen to their humans so everybody has a place in a corporation. By this, school principals should not be the simplest, an eye fixed on the theology faculties but a watch for their humahumannipotentialons and desires.
Do you have these notable qualities? Then, you are now a sure candidate for the school principal’s task.
