Professor Joshua Alabi, a member of the Governing Council of the Laweh Open University College, Ghana, has the country’s authority to undertake and sell open and distance online devices for gaining knowledge, particularly for tertiary education students.

Professor Alabi, who became a former Vice-Chancellor of the University of Professional Studies, made this referred Speaker at a convocational lecture organized by the Laweh Open University College in Accra, with the theme, “Relevwithce of Open and Distance Learning in Contemporary Ghana.”For many years, he said the Ghanaian academic gadget had focused more on certification than studying, thereby contributing to an increase in exam malpractices.
